Welcome to Developing Cambodia by Degrees

DCD is the NGO that cooperate its partners as DCD-Cambodia and DCD-Australia. DCD wishes as the Open eLearning Institute in Cambodia in Short Course Professional Development and agriculture community based development.  DCD bases in Phnom Penh is currently well-known as the  Home of Learning Design for potential design courses such as; Architecture Design, Civil Engineering Design, n Design, Graphic Design etc. DCD equips full capacity facilities 2 computer laps and 2 tutorial rooms with air-conditioning, LCD projectors and WIFI internet. DCD’s agriculture community based development is located in Chamkar Andong commune, Chamkar Leu district, Kompong Cham province. DCD’s activity is to develop green environment programs such as family rubber plantation project and intercropping projects.  DCD invite all of you to join our both projects in order to expand its current head office in Phnom Penh and also expand the green development in Kompong Cham.
